I LOVE LOVE LOVE this muzzle. I have a 200 pound Saint Bernard who has some behavioral problems with meeting new people. I purchased this muzzle because I wanted something that was comfortable for him but secure enough to prevent bad behavior. It is well made and the measurements I sent resulted in a perfect fit! It is easy to put on and he doesnt seem to mind it one bit. Since he has big jowls and a wide snout I needed soemthing that would allow him to open his mouth a bit to be able to breathe. The leather is soft and the felt padding by the nose offers a comfortable fit for him. I no longer feel nervous about introducing him to new people, he has been doing great.

How to measure Dog for good fit muzzle:

		Length : Distance from the tip of the nose to eye line in inches
		Circumference: Around snout one inch below eye line in inches
		Eye Line: Distance from eye line to the point right behind the ears
		Neck Circumference : Circumference around neck behind ears in inches
		Width: Snout width in the widest part
		Height: Snout height, should be measured with mouth a little open

The muzzle is made of strong genuine leather. If properly fitted, it is difficult for the dog to take it off. The inside Nappa leather padding allows your dog to feel comfortable when wearing muzzle. It won’t rub the snout due to felt padding on the upper nose part. That is why it is perfect for training. Nothing will disturb your dog during training or walking.

The leather parts of the basket dog muzzle are stitched at the edges and fixed together with a help of rivets. Its special structure allows the dog to breathe freely. It will be able to pant with this muzzle on.
