I just received this item last week. Hands down the best pinch collar I have ever seen. The product quality is outstanding!! The action of the collar is smoother than a traditional pinch collar and my dog responded better as well. The added bonus is that the common folks who do not understand how a pinch collar works, do not stare at you like you have some kinds of medieval torture device around your dogs neck.
